Background & Story
Nadine Hunkeler was born and raised on the outskirts of Zurich. She has a Swiss father (from Basel) and an English mother who was born and raised in Kenya. This multicultural background shaped her outlook and communication style.
Nadine was diagnosed with dyslexia early in life – a challenge she turned into a strength. It made her a creative problem-solver, more patient, and better at explaining complex concepts in accessible ways. She began mentoring classmates from an early age and discovered her gift for breaking down difficult material.
She founded Finance Phoenix with a vision of making financial education accessible, empowering and practical – particularly for women who have historically been underserved by the financial industry.
